located in Harborcreek Township.This subdivision consists of 481

homes settled amongst an 18 hole championship golf course. John W.

Shady Knoll subdivision is located in Southwest Millcreek and includes
145 homesites, developed by Woodberry Development, Inc. Much of the
natural surroundings were kept, resulting in many home sites having
wooded rear yards. Numerous homes were designed and constructed by
John W. Schaefer Builders, Inc. with the additional homes being designed
and built by other local builders.

Oak Tree Court subdivision is located in Harborcreek and includes
12 homesites developed by Woodberry Development, Inc. Seven of
the homes were designed and constructed by John W. Schaefer Builders,
Inc. with the remaining lots available for purchase and built upon by
other local builders. This small but charming neighborhood offers many
of the homeowners exceptional views of Lake Erie.
